Motorised Integral Blinds

Why choose Motorised Integral Blinds

Motorised Integral Blinds are chosen by many due to the slick and modern way in which they are operated. The blinds are operated effortlessly, from the press of a button the blinds will raise and lower, as well as tilt open and shut.

Battery operated integral blinds are operated through the use of a battery module that acts as a control device, and is attached to the face of the glass, the control device has a separate button to raise the blind, lower the blind, and to tilt the blind open and shut. They can also be operated through the use of a remote control.

Hard-Wired Integral Blinds have to be wired to the mains, the wiring runs to a control box which can be fixed anywhere in the room. The control box has seperate buttons to raise the blind, to lower the blind, and to tilt the blind open and shut. Hard-Wired integral blinds can also be operated through the use of a remote control, from the comfort of your sofa or anywhere in the room.

Benefits of Electric Integral Blinds

Battery Operated Integral Blinds

Battery Operated Integral Blinds are operated through the use of a battery module that sits on the face of the perimeter of the glass. A discreet out-of-view wire is connected to the battery, and simply pressing the buttons on the battery will operate the blind inside the unit. The blinds can also be operated through the use of a radio remote control from the comfort of your sofa, or anywhere in your room and come in a range of colours.

The battery is recharged through the use of a USB connector that we provide. There is also the option of having a solar panel, the solar panel sits on the outside of the glass and charges the battery so that it won’t need to be removed and charged via the USB connector. The benefit of this is that the blind cannot be used when the battery is removed for charging, and having a solar panel will mean the battery won’t have to be removed and the blind will always be available for use.

Hard-Wired Integral Blinds

Hard-Wired Integral Blinds are powered through an out-of-view wire that connects to the control box, the control box can be fixed anywhere in the room, and is connected to the mains. The blind is operated using the buttons on the control box, and the control box can operate up to 5 blinds in a slick and synchronised manner. The great thing about this is that there is no need for a control device that sits on the face of the glass, giving the unit a slick and stylish look. There is also on need to charge any device, as the unit is powered by the mains.

The blind can also be operated through the use of a remote control, from the comfort of your own sofa. Both the battery operated system and the hard-wired system are operated through a motor that is concealed and out-of-view in the head-rail of the window blind system.
